Frequently asked questions
How early should I book?
As early as you can. Weekends and holiday dates fill first, so send your date on WhatsApp as soon as you have it and E.H.S will hold what is available.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery, setup and breakdown are included in the current rental pricing.
Is setup included?
Yes. Every rental is delivered, set up and broken down by E.H.S.
How long are rentals?
Jumbo games are available for 5 hours, concession machines for 4 hours and the outdoor movie theater for 4 hours. Ask about extra hours when you send your details.
Are supplies included with concession machines?
Supplies can be added for an additional cost. Tell E.H.S your guest count and the supply cost will be quoted with your rental.
What happens if it rains?
Get in touch as soon as the forecast turns. Rain situations are handled case by case and E.H.S will work through the options with you.
Is a deposit required?
Deposit and payment details are confirmed when your booking is quoted. Ask on WhatsApp and E.H.S will walk you through it.
What areas do you serve?
E.H.S is based in Nassau and serves events across the island. Send your event location and it will be confirmed with your quote.
Can I rent multiple items?
Yes, and most events do. Add everything you want to your inquiry list and send it as one message.
Can you create a custom package?
Yes. Tell E.H.S the event, the space and the guest count and a package is built around it.
